Left Guernsey early and were immediately swallowed up by a fleet of some 30 sailboats out on a regatta to Jersey. Once they'd passed, set sail close-hauled, tacking hard against a 25-knot wind. It calmed down by the time we reached the Trieux in the evening, and had a pleasant motor up the river to Lézardrieux, where we moored alongside, alone, on the visitor pontoon.

What we did here

Surrounded by wooded banks instead of open water for the first time in weeks — a quiet spot to rest before continuing west.

Ended up staying longer than planned: such a nice, calm town that it was hard to leave. Changed the diesel filters, went climbing, did a lot of running, and even caught a visiting circus that was in town.
